You’ll be part of Global Talent Sourcing where you, together with your colleagues, will aim to be the leading talent sourcing function in renewables, renowned for our deep understanding of the talent market and utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to find the best talent in the market. You will act as a talent advisor for our Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners, going above and beyond to find the best talent.

As a team, we thrive by being collaborative. We love to share best practices and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure we bridge the gap between hiring managers and potential candidates.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and talent maps to attract diverse and high-caliber talent pools for open positions
  • Reviewing and screening incoming applications, assessing candidates' skills and alignment with role details
  • Engaging in high-volume candidate sourcing for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles
  • Partnering with stakeholders and Talent Acquisition Partners to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs
  • Crafting compelling outreach messages and creating relationships with potential candidates
  • Contributing to Ørsted’s equality, diversity, and inclusion efforts from a sourcing perspective, and participating in additional HR-related projects to support the broader goals of the P&C department.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Will utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and talent mapping strategies, to identify top talent
  • Will have had extensive sourcing experience in-house and/or at an agency
  • Will be able to leverage data to evaluate sourcing strategies and measure candidate pipeline health
  • Are committed to building sourcing strategies to build pipelines of diverse and inclusive candidates
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of Ørsted
  • Are fluent in English and Danish.
