Senior Transformation Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll co‑lead workstreams and provide PMO support within large, implementation‑focused transformation programmes. You’ll work closely with business leaders to plan, drive, and deliver change that supports Ørsted’s strategic priorities and ensures benefits are realised across the organisation.

You’ll be part of a strategy execution and transformation setup where you, together with your colleagues, will support business leaders in delivering Ørsted’s most important transformation initiatives, working across functions and programmes with a strong focus on execution and value creation.

 

As a team, we collaborate closely with our stakeholders, support each other, and focus on turning complex challenges into practical solutions that make a real difference.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • co‑leading projects and workstreams within large transformation programmes.
  • supporting programme delivery through effective planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and benefit tracking
  • driving implementation‑focused initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders.
  • planning, coordinating, and tracking delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • supporting change activities, including new ways of working, process design, and capability building.
  • ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience driving workstreams as a project manager or junior project manager in transformation or implementation‑focused programmes.
  • are certified in a recognised project management approach, or have equivalent experience.
  • bring experience from large‑scale transformation initiatives, or equivalent experience.
  • have exposure to change management, training, or process design, or equivalent experience.
  • are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational settings.
  • communicate clearly and work in a structured, collaborative, and solution‑oriented way.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr54,640.00- kr81,960.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
