Strategy Business Partner

Join us in this role where you’ll serve as a senior advisor and sparring partner to executive leadership, ensuring strategic priorities are aligned across our business and translated into actionable business plans. 

 

Welcome to Strategy Execution & Transformation 
You’ll be part of ​our Strategy Business Partnering team where you, together with your colleagues, will ​integrate strategic direction into business planning and support the senior leadership team in our Commercial organisation in making well-founded decisions aligned with Group direction. We work closely across markets and functions to ensure alignment and impact.  As a team, we collaborate openly, challenge constructively, and share knowledge to drive results. 

 

You’ll play an important role in:  

  • acting as a core member of the Commercial senior leadership team and primary strategic sparring partner to the Chief Development Officer 
  • ensuring business insights and priorities are represented in Group Strategy development
  • cascading Group strategic direction into business plans and transformation initiatives for the Commercial business area 
  • co-own the 3-year business plan, ensuring progress tracking and alignment with financial baselines 
  • supporting design and execution of strategic and transformation projects with focus on removing roadblocks for project teams to maintain momentum 
  • collaborating across functions to secure coherence and shared learning. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • have strong strategic thinking and commercial business acumen 
  • excel in stakeholder management and influencing at executive/senior levels 
  • bring experience in strategy development, business planning, and/or transformation 
  • are skilled in facilitation, communication, and change leadership 
  • hold a completed degree in business, economics, or similar, or equivalent experience 
  • thrive in a collaborative environment and act as a trusted advisor.
