Strategy Business Partner

Join us in this role where you’ll serve as a senior advisor and sparring partner to EPC leadership, ensuring strategic priorities are aligned across Ørsted and translated into actionable business plans. You’ll support strategic decision-making, business planning, and transformation across EPC, helping leaders create clarity, momentum, and impact in a complex, global environment.

 

Welcome to Strategy Execution & Transformation
You’ll be part of our Strategy Execution & Transformation organization consisting of a Strategy Business Partnering team as well as a Transformation Programs team and a Strategic Projects team. As part of the Strategy Business Partnering team, you will integrate strategic direction into business planning and support EPC leadership in making well-founded strategic decisions aligned with Group direction. You’ll work closely across functions and leadership teams to secure alignment, drive execution, and support transformation across EPC. EPC supports the project development phase through wind farm construction until transfer to operations. As a team, we work openly, challenge constructively, and share knowledge to turn strategy into practical impact.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • acting as a primary strategic sparring partner to EPC leadership and senior leadership teams, bringing new perspectives and ideas forward.
  • ensuring that strategic insights and priorities from EPC are represented in Group Strategy development and aligned with the wider organisation.
  • cascading Group strategic direction into business plans and transformation initiatives for EPC, ensuring that business plans, KPIs, and baselines support Ørsted’s strategic direction.
  • supporting the design and execution of strategic and transformation projects, removing roadblocks and helping teams maintain momentum.
  • identifying how EPC employees can meaningfully support and contribute to strategic and transformational initiatives across Ørsted.
  • collaborating across functions to secure coherence, shared learning, and strong execution across EPC’s leadership agenda.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong strategic thinking and a solid understanding of EPC, engineering, construction, and transformation in a complex business environment.
  • excel in stakeholder management and influencing at executive and senior levels.
  • bring experience in strategy development, business planning, transformation, or a similar strategic role.
  • are skilled in facilitation, communication, and navigating ambiguity with clarity and structure.
  • have a completed degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience.
  • thrive in a collaborative environment and act as a trusted advisor who turns analysis into practical action.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr75,360.00- kr113,040.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
