Strategy Manager
Join us in this role where you’ll work closely with our senior management team on Ørsted’s overall strategy and high-impact projects across our global portfolio. As part of Corporate Strategy, you’ll help define the strategic direction of one of the world’s most sustainable energy companies. This position offers significant exposure to executive decision-making and opportunities to develop advanced problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

You’ll be part of a central team supporting our CEO and executive leadership team working on topics across defining the company's long-term strategic goals and identifying business priorities strengthening Ørsted’s right to win. Positioned at the heart of the organization, Corporate Strategy consolidates insights into actionable recommendations for the Group Executive Team and Board of Directors.
As a team, we are collaborating on high-impact projects, sharing knowledge, and supporting growth through continuous learning and exposure to executive decision-making.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading and supporting strategic workstreams for the Group Executive Team within and beyond our annual strategy cycle, including framing top-down storylines and delivering insights that inform critical decisions
- conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights
- identifying strategic challenges and opportunities, scoping initiatives, and driving projects from concept to recommendation
- managing senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- preparing high-quality presentations and decision materials for executive and board-level discussions.
To succeed in the role, you:
- bring 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB), with a strong track record in strategy projects
- have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill insights from complex information
- demonstrate strong communication and storytelling capabilities for senior audiences
- possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse functions
- show ambition and drive to tackle global energy challenges and contribute to a sustainable future.
