Student Assistant, Digital Direction and Enablement in Ørsted Digital Technology

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for assisting the team primarily through analysing data, preparing material for senior management and general work on aligning strategic direction setting with execution focus in DT. This requires that you take ownership of processes and deadlines and can work independently on your own workstreams.

 

Welcome to Portfolio & Performance (P&P) in Ørsted DT
You’ll be part of Digital Direction & Enablement where you, together with your colleagues, will focus on senior leadership decision support, performance insights, and helping structure digital priorities in close collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. We’re part of the Portfolio & Performance department, where teamwork, trust, and close collaboration shape how we work every day.

 

As a team, we collaborate closely across projects and use each other’s perspectives to strengthen our work. You’ll be supported in developing your analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • structuring data and maintaining DT performance tracking
  • creating material for decision-making and decision-making processes governance at top management level
  • engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and collect relevant input and data
  • supporting the development and operation of portfolio and performance processes
  • setting up hypotheses, identifying root causes, and helping solve complex problems
  • supporting your colleagues in ad hoc analysis and problem-solving support

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in the last year of your bachelor’s or the first year of your master’s studies
  • bring strong problem-solving skills and a structured, strategic mindset
  • work independently and take responsibility for your own work streams
  • can analyse information carefully and turn it into clear and meaningful output (incl. MS Excel and PowerPoint competencies)
  • have an interest in how digitalisation enable the business and create value
  • can communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr165.00 - kr185.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated salary range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. This job ad is primarily aimed at candidates earlier in their career or still developing experience within the field, so we anticipate the starting base salary will typically fall in the lower end of the stated range. However, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of experience level. Where applicable, the position may also include variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
