Student Assistant, Portfolio and Performance in Digital Technology

Join us in this role where you’ll support digitalization consultants and portfolio managers by analyzing data, creating decision material, and enabling transparency across the digital portfolio. You will work with performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvements to how we manage digital initiatives.

 

Welcome to Portfolio and Performance in Ørsted DT
You’ll be part of Funding and Performance Management where you, together with your colleagues, will team working across Digital Technology to drive portfolio governance, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives. We collaborate closely with leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders across Ørsted.

As a team, we work collaboratively across functions and value different perspectives & backgrounds. You will be given responsibility early on and supported in developing your analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • maintaining and improving performance tracking and portfolio data structures
  • supporting financial analysis and portfolio forecasting
  • preparing presentations and decision-making material for leadership
  • supporting governance processes and portfolio management activities
  • conducting ad hoc analysis and problem solving
  • collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear and actionable insights

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a student with at least one year left of your studies
  • work independently and take ownership of your tasks
  • have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a strong plus
  • are analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on clear output
  • have an interest in data, digitalization, and business processes
  • are proactive, curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr165.00 - kr185.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated salary range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. This job ad is primarily aimed at candidates earlier in their career or still developing experience within the field, so we anticipate the starting base salary will typically fall in the lower end of the stated range. However, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of experience level. Where applicable, the position may also include variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
