Student Assistant, Transmission & Cables

Join us in this role where you’ll ​support the Transmission & Cables team in delivering projects that enable the green energy transition. You'll work closely with engineers and project specialists, contributing to data analysis, technical reporting, documentation management, project coordination, and administrative support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within renewable energy and power transmission infrastructure while developing both technical and professional skills.

You’ll be part of the Transmission & Cables team where you, together with your colleagues, will support the delivery of renewable energy and power transmission projects. We are a diverse and international team of engineers and project specialists who work collaboratively across disciplines to solve complex challenges and drive the energy transition.As a team, we value curiosity, collaboration, and initiative, and we help one another succeed while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

You’ll play an important role in:  

  • collecting, organising, and analysing engineering and project-related data to support project execution and decision-making. 

  • preparing technical reports, presentations, and project materials for internal and external stakeholders. 

  • maintaining and updating engineering documentation, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and accessible. 

  • supporting project coordination activities and helping manage project information across multiple workstreams. 

  • providing administrative support while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field in Denmark. 

  • have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data, technical information, and problem-solving. 

  • are proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 

  • communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds. 

  • have a genuine interest in renewable energy, power transmission infrastructure, and the energy transition, and are eager to learn and take initiative.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is 165 DKK bachelor per hour, 185 DKK master per hour for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated salary range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. This job ad is primarily aimed at candidates earlier in their career or still developing experience within the field, so we anticipate the starting base salary will typically fall in the lower end of the stated range. However, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of experience level. Where applicable, the position may also include variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
