Student Assistant - Insights and Reporting

Imagine a future where you help turn data into clear insights that support how we plan, prioritise, and improve the way we work.

Join us in this role where you’ll support insights, reporting, and workplace related activities by maintaining and improving reports, sense checking data, and helping teams make better informed decisions through structured analysis and clear visualisations.

Welcome to Global Real Estate and Workplace Management
You’ll be part of a collaborative workplace and reporting set up where you, together with your colleagues, will support insight driven decision making across Facility Management, People, IT, and business teams, working closely with stakeholders in Gentofte and Warsaw.  As a team, we value structure, professionalism, and collaboration, and we support each other in delivering reliable, high quality outputs.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting the development, maintenance, improvement, and structuring of Power BI reports.
  • assisting with data collection, validation, and basic analysis across operational and financial datasets.
  • helping translate numbers into clear insights, charts, and narratives for stakeholders.
  • supporting defined reporting and due diligence style processes with strong attention to detail.
  • collaborating with IT, reporting specialists, and business colleagues across locations.
  • contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of reporting practices.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently studying within IT, finance, business analytics, insights, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • have experience using Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
  • are comfortable working with numbers, graphs, and structured datasets.
  • take a structured and organised approach to your work and can manage your time independently.
  • communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • are curious about digital and AI enabled tools and keen to learn in a professional environment.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
