Student Assistant in IT Management Support

Join us in this role where you’ll assist in driving minor projects, support the event manager, and create engaging social media content for senior leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT management support and project management.

You’ll be part of IT Management Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will support various initiatives impacting our senior leadership and contribute to the success of our IT projects.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • assisting in driving minor projects and supporting the event manager in the team
  • creating and managing social media posts for senior leadership, including engaging content for internal platforms
  • collaborating with a supportive and ambitious team, contributing to various activities and initiatives
  • providing some administrative support as needed.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in the third year of a bachelor's program or the first semester of a master's program in a relevant field
  • have a strong interest in project management
  • possess a creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
  • are self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • are an excellent team player with good communication skills
  • have a basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
