Student Assistant in Infrastructure Assets
Join us in this role where you’ll support Infrastructure Assets with daily tasks and activities at both strategic, tactical, and operational level. We offer an exciting and varied Student Assistant role where you’ll work with various internal stakeholders to obtain our strategy, key focus areas, and goals, including a green transition of our assets and activities.
Welcome to Infrastructure Assets
You’ll be part of Business Enabling team where you, together with your colleagues, will will play a crucial part in supporting our asset in ensuring compliance, documentation and communication. The Business Enabling team is a cross-functional team that is adaptable, dynamic, and ambitious with great focus on learning and personal development. The role will introduce you to a high variation of tasks, but also a high degree of personal development when it comes to understanding a business with many internal and external stakeholders and how to manage and operate assets. You’ll play an important role in:
- bridging the gap between existing IT systems and the business by implementing innovative process solutions using existing technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint)
- assisting with data analysis and document control processes
- gathering, archiving, and managing data and information from internal and external sources to ensure it is easily accessible for the business
- supporting the creation and preparation of internal and external presentations for stakeholders
- participating in the facilitation, preparation, and implementation of business processes, including updates to our management system within Infrastructure Assets
- supporting QHSE activities such as audit presentations, data collection, and risk evaluation and assessment for various projects and performing other ad hoc tasks as needed.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are at least one year into your bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Software Development, Digital Design and Interactive Technologies, Information Management, or a related field — or are already enrolled in a master’s program
- have advanced knowledge of data modelling tools such as Power BI, Excel, Python, or other similar tools
- hold a strong interest in technical topics and digital solutions
- possess solid analytical skills and the ability to identify key insights from large volumes of information and have a curious and collaborative mindset and enjoy working with people across different disciplines and
- are eager to learn, have a proactive approach to challenges, and demonstrate a strong personal drive to complete your tasks
- are available to work approximately 15 hours per week and can be physically present at our office in Gentofte.
