Student Assistant within Infrastructure Assets

Join us in this role where you’ll take part in building our position as a leader in the green transition. We offer the unique opportunity for a position with a steep learning curve and a high degree of independence. You’ll work closely with both our Process team and Commercial team with competent and committed colleagues who’ll support you along the way. Together with your colleagues, your key focus will be on managing commercial activities, analysis, and business processes.

Welcome to Infrastructure Assets
You’ll be part of Asset Support where you, together with your colleagues, will support successful execution of processes, both on project and organisational level. You’ll also play an important role in supporting the commercial business with respect to the green transformation and CO2 reduction. You’ll become part of a business unit that to a large extent operates independently. As a team, we’re motivated by strong relations, an open and trustworthy working culture, and we are embracing opportunities as well as diverse teams and talent development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building and preparing internal and external presentations and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  • collecting and monitoring relevant information and data to build knowledge about markets, projects, political processes etc.
  • assisting colleagues with other ad-hoc tasks related to process improvements, strategic topics, and market and business development activities
  • structuring workflows and processes across the Infrastructure Assets organisation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a student in the third year of your bachelor’s or first year of your master’s degree
  • are a good communicator, curious, and a team player
  • have an analytical mindset and thrive working independently
  • possess solid PowerPoint skills and are comfortable with Excel, preferably have skills within AI or Power BI
  • work with a high degree of integrity and detail orientation, ensuring that deadlines are met and that information shared is consistent
  • are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
