Student Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll provide cost transparency, gather data, and create reports that help ensure accurate chargeback of infrastructure costs across applications and business units. You’ll support users with timely product and price information, while working with us to improve our data model and reporting processes.

You’ll be part of Infrastructure Cost Team where you, together with your colleagues, will together with your colleagues, will collaborate closely with IT‑Finance to support management and teams in taking data-driven decisions that create business value. We’re a global and diverse team working within an agile framework to deliver insights and improvements.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • providing transparency of IT infrastructure costs through reporting
  • gathering data and generating reports for chargeback of infrastructure costs to relevant business units
  • working with data modelling in Power BI
  • engaging with business units to optimise models for infrastructure cost transparency
  • supporting colleagues by communicating information about infrastructure products and prices
  • contributing to improvements of data models and reporting processes.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • having exposure to Power BI, Python, and data flows / data platforms.
  • are enrolled in a relevant study programme at, e.g., CBS, KU, ITU, or DTU, or equivalent experience
  • have an analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, as well as an eye for detail
  • possess strong communication skills, enabling you to explain topics clearly and concisely in writing and orally
  • have a strong personal drive and can work independently, while also being a genuine team player
  • feel motivated by supporting others and working with data to create actionable insights.
