Student Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll support the activities of the Sales Enablement & Marketing team, helping deliver consistent, value creating, and differentiated customer experiences that directly impact sales performance, customer loyalty, and cost efficiency.

You’ll be part of Sales Enablement & Marketing where you, together with your colleagues, will drive marketing initiatives, support sales, and optimise customer experiences for business customers buying energy from Ørsted Erhverv. If you’re a bachelor’s or master’s student, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine theory and practice alongside your studies while contributing to tangible business results.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives that improve the customer experience, including coordinating internal projects and collaborating across departments.
  • conducting analyses of marketing activities and customer satisfaction, participating in market research, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen our brand.
  • maintaining and updating content on our website and social media channels, developing content for newsletters and campaigns, and monitoring online customer dialogue and engagement.
  • working with customer insights and analysing customer needs.
  • collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data related to customer experience as well as sales and marketing initiatives.
  • supporting the design and redesign of customer facing processes and touchpoints, and improving how we deliver these processes internally.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • work independently, take initiative, and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • have a strong commercial and results oriented mindset and are studying a relevant degree
  • are ambitious, bring a positive attitude, and demonstrate contagious engagement.
  • communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken Danish, with a structured approach and high personal drive.
  • have at least one year remaining of your studies.
