Student Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll be supporting Agile Delivery and day-to-day administration with the delivery of our digital products. In this position, you’ll gain valuable experience in several areas, incl. agile processes, product management, access management, and project coordination.

You’ll be part of one of our Generation Business Platform where you, together with your colleagues, will be supporting our company in its agile organization. The task portfolio is diverse, ranging from high-level scoping and analysis to the more practical and administrative side of day-to-day businesses in a dedicated team of student assistants. The department student network you’ll be a part of consists of over 40 student assistants with a broad mix of competences and job profiles, supporting Agile Delivery to UX, quality management, and other. As a team, we offer a challenging, varied, and stimulating job where you’ll have every opportunity to use your skills and acquire new competences. When time permits, you will be able to initiate your own passion projects and be assigned tasks which fit your skillset and interests.
You’ll play an important role in:
· Assisting with product management and administrative operations
· Aiding the agile delivery and supporting the leadership team of the largest Agile Release Train (ART) that digitalizes offshore wind turbines
· Maintaining and keeping track of resource management
· Taking on administrative tasks, such as purchase orders and meeting facilitation incl. Program Increment (PI) Planning with more than 120 attendees every quarter
· Gathering and visualizing data and various other analytical assignments
· ad hoc tasks from department leadership and members
To succeed in the role, you:
· have an interest in digital transformation activities and are ready to assist our company in our agile processes
· are good at both collaborating and communicating within a team and towards other stakeholders
· are responsible and structured, and can navigate a fast-moving work environment with some demanding periods
· thrive in an international environment and are fluent in English
· quick at learning new IT systems and tools
· hands on experience in AI, LLMs, BI would be a plus
· have at least two and a half year left of your university degree in IT, business or similar.
