Join us in this role where you’ll support with content productions and operational tasks, working closely with our creative team to bring content such as films, campaigns, and digital assets to life while gaining hands-on experience in a global organisation

 

Welcome to Global Marketing & Branding
You’ll be part of Creative Production & Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will support the planning and execution of creative productions, including video shoots, campaigns, and internal content. You’ll collaborate with creatives and stakeholders across locations and contribute to turning ideas into impactful content

 

As a team, we collaborate closely, support each other, and take pride in delivering content that makes a difference

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • assisting on film, photo, and live productions, including camera, lighting, sound setup, and practical on-site coordination
  • uploading, organising, and maintaining video and photo material in relevant systems (libraries)
  • supporting the selection, preparation, and adaptation of existing film and photo material for new projects and channels, including simple edits, versioning, exports, and format adjustments
  • contributing to post-production tasks in Premiere Pro, including subtitles, SRT quality checks, and simple graphic adjustments using existing templates such as thumbnails, end cards, and lower thirds
  • supporting coordination of consent forms, release agreements, and related documentation while ensuring the archive remains structured, searchable, and useful for the team.

 

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are enrolled in a relevant study programme, with a strong interest in film, photography, visual storytelling, branded content, or communication
  • have solid technical skills, including working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and a basic understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings
  • work in a structured and detail-oriented way, with the ability to organise large volumes of content and follow asset management workflows
  • communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with others while contributing with a proactive and hands-on mindset
  • are comfortable supporting both independent tasks and larger productions in a dynamic environment
  • have experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or production equipment such as camera, lighting, or sound, which is an advantage.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr13.75- kr15.50 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
