Join us in this role where you’ll trade green certificates from Ørsted’s renewable portfolio while helping identify and execute commercial opportunities across European markets. You’ll work closely with colleagues, customers, and counterparties to optimise revenue streams, expand trading activities, and support value creation through market insight and commercial execution.

You’ll be part of Green Certificates where you, together with your colleagues, will optimise revenue streams and create value from Ørsted’s portfolio of green certificates linked to renewable energy generation across Europe. The team manages trading activities, develops commercial opportunities, and builds strong market relationships to maximise value across our certificate portfolio. As a team, we collaborate closely, challenge each other constructively, and combine commercial curiosity with a shared ambition to deliver strong results.

You’ll play an important role in:

• trading ROCs, REGOs, GoOs, and other green certificates from Ørsted’s European renewable portfolio through active participation in the market
• identifying and executing trading opportunities that create value across certificate markets and customer segments
• building and strengthening relationships with existing and new trading counterparties across Europe
• analysing market developments, regulatory changes, and pricing dynamics to support trading decisions
• collaborating with colleagues across Trading & Revenue to optimise portfolio performance and commercial outcomes
• supporting the development and expansion of Green Certificates trading activities and products.

To succeed in the role, you:

• bring experience from certificate trading, power trading, commodity markets, treasury and trading, or equivalent commercial environments
• have a strong understanding of energy markets, market fundamentals, and value creation through trading activities
• can analyse market information and translate insights into commercially sound decisions
• build trusted relationships with customers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders across a complex organisation
• navigate negotiations, commercial agreements, and risk considerations with confidence and integrity
• hold a degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr53,360.00- kr80,040.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
