Senior QHSE Advisor

Join us in this role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and progress your career with a global leader in offshore wind energy that puts HSE at the forefront of its business. Together with your highly skilled and diverse colleagues across Europe, you’ll be responsible for developing the QHSE management system, conducting and documenting safety inspections, participating in emergency drills, and contributing to incidents investigations.

You’ll be part of Generation Central Europe where you, together with your colleagues, will support the Anholt Operations team in an exciting role on site to continuously improve our performance. The team is responsible for facilitating the maintenance and management of quality, health, safety, and environment through systems, including audits and inspections, as well as establishing high standards and expectations on colleagues of service excellence and safety awareness behaviours and performance.

As a team, we ’re a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative group, bringing our expertise to support the sites and co-create a sustainable QHSE culture.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • QHSE management system development 
  • advising and collaborating with the local Operations Management team 
  • supporting the offshore and onshore activities, incl. legal compliance and emergency drills 
  • communicating with local authorities regarding QHSE topics 
  • conducting QHSE meetings and trainings. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels 
  • have solid experience with HSE, preferably in relation to the offshore industry 
  • possess good organisational and communication skills and are able to produce concise information 
  • ideally have qualifications in occupational health and safety according to Danish standards.
