Senior Compliance and Reliability Specialist (m/f/d)

Join us in this role where you’ll support Ørsted’s operational excellence by leading investigations into Grid Code and REMIT compliance, identifying root causes, and driving improvements across our Generation Europe portfolio. You’ll collaborate with site teams, engineering departments, and senior stakeholders to ensure our assets meet their operational licence obligations.

You’ll be part of the Compliance and Reliability team where you, together with your colleagues, will will deliver complex projects and initiatives that improve compliance and reliability across our European and APAC operations.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting Grid Code and REMIT compliance by coordinating and leading investigations
  • identifying improvements by managing corrective and preventative recommendations to Ørsted internal teams
  • delivering compliance-related projects to improve performance across Generation Europe
  • forging efficient relationships with operational site teams and engineering departments
  • supporting senior management with continuous compliance performance reporting
  • contributing to a culture of proactive compliance and operational excellence.

  • are a strong coordinator who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • have excellent communication skills and can translate complex findings into clear actions
  • are confident and empathetic when suggesting corrective actions and lessons learned
  • are an active listener who reflects and asks questions to understand deeply
  • are open to diverse perspectives and use them to drive creative improvements
  • hold a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
