AV Specialist & Technical Producer

Join us in this role where you’ll play a vital role as Technical Producer for our global virtual and hybrid events like Town Halls to secure a good experience for all participants being present physically or joining online. You should possess strong live streaming production technical expertise and be proficient in hardware and software setup, technical troubleshooting, and live studio technical management, among other related skills.

You’ll be part of Hybrid Workplace team where you together with your colleagues will coordinate and execute Town Hall activities and other events to locations in the Asia region. As a team, we cooperate daily in a diverse, ambitious, and driven global setup of over 50 colleagues where you will be working closely with:

  • Internal teams for coordination and execution of Town Halls and other events
  • Facility Management
  • IT ServiceDesk and Digital Device Support that handles 1st and 2nd level support for our solutions
  • IT Service Delivery Managers for coordination and execution of deliveries to locations in the Asia region

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • being responsible for meeting room equipment, operations, solutions and deployments based in APAC
  • working with collaboration solutions and systems i.e., Cisco Video Conference Systems, Microsoft Teams Room systems and similar technologies
  • facilitating discussions, investigations and tasks with vendors and stakeholders in the Business area and Facility Management
  • leading the technical aspects for AV Production Studios and Town Hall activities

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in event production from planning, to executing virtual and hybrid events, utilizing video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams) and webinar tools, managing live streaming software (vMix or similar tools) and take on advisory role in proposing the best set up and format of events.
  • are able to configure and manage AV equipment (cameras, microphones, mixers, lighting) and software (VMix, Microsoft Teams, etc.) as well as configure and troubleshoot IT systems and technical integrations. Additionally, you are quick to respond and resolution to technical issues during live events, ability to test and optimise network connections for smooth streaming and ability to document setups, workflows, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • have strong project management and coordination skills where you are able to work closely with internal team, coordinate with vendors and technical partners, develop event run sheets and technical cue lists, perform pre-event testing and rehearsals and work within a deadline.
  • are able to convey complex technical details in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders, ability to stay calm and effective during live events and adjust to changes and challenges with minimal disruption.
  • are experienced in producing events that has a blend of in person and virtual participation, understanding captioning, language interpretation and other accessibility features.
