Accounts Payable Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible of ensuring invoices processes around the world are on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in managing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and implementing best practices to optimise the account payable processes.

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the account payable for US, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific region. You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring timeliness and quality of invoice process deliverables
  • ensuring the accuracy of the organisation’s financial documents and that they follow compliance, and communicate with requestor, vendor, and business unit
  • ensuring the invoice flow are aligned with organisations policies
  • attending and solving issues raised in ServiceNow and identifying and communicating process inefficiencies
  • driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestions
  • supporting your team members in their daily execution and monitoring service delivery within service level agreements.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • have good understanding of the P2P process, specially within APAC, US, and Europe
  • have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within P2P operations
  • are experienced in SAP systems, with KOFAX as an added advantage
  • have good communication skills and speak and write English fluently
  • are detail oriented and have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving
