Accounts Payable Intern (6-month Internship/ Industrial Training)

Join us in this role where you’ll learn how accounts payable works in a global shared services environment. You’ll help ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the account payable for Asia Pacific region.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • assisting in process vendor invoices and employee expense claims using automation tools
  • supporting your team members in their daily execution and monitoring service delivery within service level agreements.
  • helping in maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • collaborating with internal stakeholders across global offices
  • participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • strong attention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • good command of English, both written and spoken
  • eagerness to learn and contribute in fast-paced environment
  • able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months
