Assistant Contract Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll manage contracts on Hornsea 3, the world’s single largest offshore wind farm. You’ll be a part of a team supporting our lead contract managers, providing outstanding contract and supplier performance management to the project.

 

Welcome to CAPEX & DEVEX Procurement
You’ll be part of our Execution Contract Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage our supplier contracts in the execution phase of our UK offshore wind projects.  As a team, we will work closely with your project colleagues in a team-based and supportive environment. You can look forward to an exciting, challenging, and international setting.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • executing contract variations and amendments
  • handling payment certificates
  • issuing Taking Over Certificates (TOCs)
  • participating in project meetings with suppliers
  • supporting senior contract managers across general contract management activities.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a positive, result-oriented, and proactive approach to your tasks
  • have a structured and analytical approach to your work, enabling you to manoeuvre and deliver business-critical projects successfully
  • have experience with administrative tasks
  • are a team player
  • can cooperate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions in a global cross-cultural context.
