Associate Lead Financial Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the development of digital scalable solutions. Your primary focus will be to ensure progress on various projects within the Record to Report (R2R) area and to ensure a constant focus on optimising the processes and that the solutions are delivered and deployed in the most efficient way. You’ll act as both Change and Project Manager. The only constant is change.

You’ll be part of a Finance Change Management, a dynamic team where you, together with your colleagues, will be leading implementation of global streamlined processes within record to report (R2R), such as month-end close, month-end reporting, and statutory accounts. The vision for the team is to speed up the pace of transformation and secure that changes are integrated and imbedded to deliver maximum value to business.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and optimising our global R2R processes in an efficient manner, e.g., financial master data, month close, and statutory reporting
  • speeding up the pace of transformation and ensuring that changes are integrated and embedded to deliver maximum value to the business
  • maintaining clear and effective communication with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • continuously evaluating end-to-end processes and identifying potential development initiatives, i.e., by analysing efficiency, assessing quality, analysing First-time-right, etc
  • continuously improving Finance Change management’s approach and tools to cater for the dynamic environment that we work in.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • possess good communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills and are comfortable with working with colleagues across borders in a changing environment
  • have a master’s degree or ACA/ACCA in controlling and accounting and have solid experience within financial controlling or accounting processes from an international group or from an audit firm
  • thrive in the spot between finance, IT, and the business, always looking to engage your cross-functional competences to continuously optimise and digitalise processes
  • have experience from working in a global company and have worked with improving global finance processes
  • are a proactive who likes getting things done, is structured, and has a result-driven approach
