Business Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll work closely with procurement stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful reporting, analytics, and insights. You’ll help strengthen transparency across spending, contracts, and performance, ensuring decisionmakers have the right information at the right time.

 

Welcome to Procurement Reporting
You’ll be part of Procurement Management Office where you, together with your colleagues, will support reporting and insight generation across the full procurement value chain. The team works across locations, including Kuala Lumpur and Europe, and partners closely with data engineers and BI specialists to build a coherent and reliable reporting landscape. As a team, we collaborate closely, share knowledge openly, and focus on delivering practical insights that create value for the business and support the green transformation.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

    • ensuring simplicity, transparency and coherence in the Procurement reporting setup
    • continuously improving data quality and consistency through structural assessments, monitoring and user guidance
    • improving adoption, usability and accessibility of the reporting framework
    • analyzing and providing insights to stakeholders within and adjacent to the procurement landscape e.g. within the fields of spend reporting, contract portfolio tracking and performance management
    • collaborating with the central data team to strengthen the data foundation around the reporting scheme.

To succeed in the role, you:

    • have a solid understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, or equivalent experience
    • can analyze data and turn findings into clear businessrelevant insights
    • communicate confidently with stakeholders across different levels and functions
    • work in a structured way and can balance governance with practical business needs
    • have experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar, or equivalent experience
    • are motivated by working in a global, collaborative environment and contributing to continuous improvement
