Cloud Security Architect

Join us in this role where you’ll work on innovative IT cloud solutions in an ever-changing and digitalised world. You’ll play a key role in supporting our core ambition to migrate a significant part of our on-premises application landscape into a secure and compliant world based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and create business value by modernising applications and operations, with a focus on providing self-service options.

Welcome to AWS IT Product Line
You’ll be part of a new, cross-functional, international agile cloud acceleration team where you, together with your colleagues, will develop core products based on cloud technology. This includes the full scope of cloud life cycle activities. You’ll work with enthusiastic people who have a global mindset in an innovative environment where challenging and interesting work with purpose is part of daily life. As a team, we value collaboration and teamwork as essential elements in our learning and personal development. Happiness, fun, joy, and care are a big part of our culture.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • crafting a secure and compliant AWS platform meeting organisational and regulatory standards and policies
  • leading design and assurance of robust security architecture, governance, and processes on our AWS platform
  • establishing minimum security criteria for infrastructure, platforms, and applications according to risk profiles and compliance requirements
  • evangelising security best practices, guidelines, and blueprints across the company to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive experience in cloud architecture and workload migrations, with certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AWS Certified Security Specialist
  • have a strong grasp of fundamental architectural principles, security control standards, and applying these in documented designs and security measures
  • have an explorative consultant mindset with a focal view on requirements, you go into detail when needed, and are always ready to guide peers towards secure practices and escalate issues when necessary
  • have solid experience in applying processes, risk assessment, and governance, according to security information frameworks, such as NIST 800-53
  • have several years of professional experience securing AWS, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
