Cyber Security Engineer (OT)

You’ll be part of Cyber Defence Centre where you, together with your colleagues, will design, build, and manage the core security stack to support our business units across IT and OT environments. The Cyber Defence Centre is the heart of the technical security team in the company, with experts in both offensive and defensive security. We are a global team located in multiple countries and delivering across different time zones to ensure the best support. You will play a crucial role in protecting and defending critical infrastructure from cyber threats.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collaborating with various stakeholders to implement appropriate security measures to protect against cyber-attacks in the OT/ICS infrastructure
  • driving the implementation of security projects to deliver security tools in OT/ICS infrastructures that meet the organization’s security requirements
  • ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards related to OT/ICS security
  • role modelling for talent and contributing to an agile setup which prides itself on transparency and co-creation.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a good understanding of cyber security principles and industry best practices
  • have experience in IT and/or OT cyber security engineering and cybersecurity project implementation
  • have a basic knowledge of Linux command and Network routing
  • have knowledge of security technologies, e.g., firewalls, IDS/NDR, syslog and vulnerability assessment tools
  • have knowledge of OT systems, protocols, and standards, incl. SCADA, DCS, and PLC (not a must but highly desirable)
  • familiar with IEC62443 and ISO27001 specific standard
  • communicate fluently, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a global environment.
