Delivery Manager (Software Product Delivery Manager)

Imagine a future where you turn digital ambition into predictable outcomes, helping teams deliver real value that supports a world that runs entirely on green energy.

Join us in this role where you’ll lead delivery across a product suite in Digital Technology, enabling teams to deliver value through clear priorities, transparency, and continuous improvement. You’ll focus on outcomes, flow, and collaboration, ensuring progress is visible, risks are managed early, and delivery decisions are grounded in data.

Welcome to EPC DT – Engineering, Procurement & Construction Digital Technology
You’ll be part of EPC DT organization where you, together with your colleagues, will work on initiatives across cloud, data, and analytics platforms. You’ll collaborate across locations, including Malaysia, Denmark, and Poland, with a strong delivery presence in Kuala Lumpur. As a team, we succeed as one by sharing context, caring for each other, and passing on power through trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • aligning stakeholders on goals, scope, dependencies, risks, and progress through transparent communication
  • driving predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, removing impediments, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making
  • improving delivery flow by optimizing ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across the product suite
  • supporting productlevel planning, including prioritization, sequencing, and capacity considerations
  • partnering closely with product owners and people leaders to ensure clear delivery oversight and timely input to talent discussions
  • managing delivery finances (budget, capacity, and benefits), balancing cost and value realization.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have handson delivery experience and can clearly explain what was delivered, how it was delivered, and the outcomes achieved
  • are comfortable working between project management and agile delivery, with a strong focus on goal‑oriented outcomes
  • are familiar with delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps, collaboration tools such as Miro, and Microsoft 365
  • build strong relationships across locations with product owners, teams, people leaders, and peers
  • are curious, pragmatic, and motivated to learn enough domain knowledge about cloud, data, and analytics to enable effective delivery

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
