FM Intern (6 Months Internship/Industrial Training)

Join us in this role where you’ll oversee the daily facility operations in our Malaysia office.

You’ll be part of our Facility Management Support Team where you, together with your colleagues, will exploring a real experience during this internship placement that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facility operations within a leading renewable energy company

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting hard services tasks such as office maintenance, vendor and coordination management, and Facility Management safety and security
  • assisting and serving as back-up to other Facility Employees when required
  • completing all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner
  • assisting team members with their tasks and being open to a rotation of tasks across the team.
  • Provide technical assistance and facility setup for company events and functions

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Engineering, Technical school, Facility, or a related field
  • are great at multitasking and have time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • eagerness to learn in actual experience or knowledge of working as a technician
  • have a good communication skills and teamwork abilities
