Finance Intern (9 months Internship/Industrial Training)

You’ll be part of Financial Services APAC from Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the payment and other payment related support services on a global scale. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring the auto payment routines is run and monitored
  • resolving issues associated with cash posting by working with both internal and external parties
  • experiencing banking relationships for specific countries or customer groups within the area of responsibility, and collaboratively with the treasury team
  • maintaining documentation and records related to payment processing activities
  • developing the knowledge of the technologies involved in the end-to-end process and identify opportunities for improvement
  • providing support during audits and regulatory examinations.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • have a good communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • eagerness to learn in accounts payable area
