You’ll lead process optimization and oversee support the submission of indirext tax reporting, ensuring consistency, control, and efficiency across regions.

You’ll be part of Tax Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with a global network of tax, finance, and business to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes. Together, you’ll strengthen governance frameworks, optimise processes, and ensure intercompany transactions are done on-time with proper documentation following local requirements by building a compliant, efficient, and future-ready operating model.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • lead and oversee Tax Operations team, ensuring adherence to diverse regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • design and implement robust process governance frameworks, strengthening controls, risk management, and consistency in operations
  • drive process optimisation and automation, improving efficiency and scalability of tax operations
  • ensure accurate reporting submission with strong collaboration with local tax teams across regions
  • lead a global team, driving the transformation of a centralised operational hub
  • are fluent in speak, read & write in Mandarin to handling APAC region. 
     

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a technical accounting, tax or audit background with practical experience of working local financial statements and in/with audit and managing the end-to-end audit cycle
  • have strong capability in operational excellence & process optimisation to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and build scalable, high-performing tax operations
  • possess proven ability to partner with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning global objectives
  • are strong in strategic leadership and transformation to lead global teams and drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including centralised operating models and system implementations (e.g. S/4HANA)
  • have indirect tax expertise and deep knowledge of global indirect tax regulations, compliance, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
