IT Product Owner - IAM and Privileged Access

Join us in this role where you’ll be helping the business succeed and staying secured by translating security and regulatory requirements into our IAM platform. As part of the IAM team, you’ll interact with all parts of the organisation, across many countries and cultures

 

Welcome to Identity Access Management (IAM)
You’ll be part of our IAM delivery organisation and Privileged Access (PAM) team where you, together with your colleagues, will form part of the IT Product Line. We implement, operate and maintain the IAM platform, security best practices, guidelines, and blueprints. You’ll be engaging with the business units and our global IT and OT organisations in terms of their requirements or security concerns of regulators, partners, and clients.

You’ll play an important role in:

  •  Shaping product strategy for IAM and PAM solutions and services: collaborating with IT leaders, business stakeholders and internal customers to set the direction for the      toolset and provide effectiv
  •  Balancing customers’ needs and operational efficiency with information security and regulatory requirements
  •  Build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate IAM and PAM discussions, translate technology into business benefits, discuss upgrades and align objectives, and                      manage  vendors and contracts
  •  Managing product backlog: turning product IAM strategy into a transparent backlog and roadmap, prioritizing activities and enabling effective delivery by the product        team
  •  Ensuring products adoption: planning successful product implementations, building customer awareness and satisfaction

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  •  Have experience with IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and toolset implementations in a large-scale multi-site environment
  •  Have practice in leading products, projects and/or teams, Product Owner role practice in agile environment will be an asset
  •  Are strong in working with multiple stakeholders on various levels in the organisation, navigating priorities, managing vendors, aligning roadmaps and dependencies
  •  Have practice in building strategies, roadmaps and defining outcomes
  •  Present participative leadership style and build team engagement through empowerment and collaboration
  •  Have ability to work effectively with virtual, culturally diverse teams and stakeholders
