Intercompany Billing Analyst

You’ll work closely with your colleagues, and stakeholders globally to secure stable operations, continuous improvement, and a well performed month end close all year round.

You’ll be part of Global Billing team where you, together with your colleagues, will oversee and orchestrate billing processes across our fast-developing business areas. You’ll play an important role in:

    • managing and executing the end-to-end intercompany billing lifecycle, from contract setup through to final clearing
    • ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of transactions in line with contractual terms and internal controls
    • monitoring outstanding items and drive timely resolution through proactive coordination and consistent follow-up
    • identifying and assessing financial impact (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) arising from process gaps, delays, or inaccuracies
    • highlighting risks and issues early, with clear articulation of root causes and business impact.
    • supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve data quality, with a primary focus on testing.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

    • have a degree in Accounting or Finance and/or a recognized professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent)
    • have practical experience using SAP or SAP S/4HANA, including involvement in system changes, enhancements, or implementation activities
    • possess strong knowledge of intercompany processes from contract setup to payment clearing, with solid accounting understanding
    • can demonstrate the ability to connect operational issues to financial statement impact and communicate this clearly
    • can apply strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership in your work
    • can proactively and clearly update relevant stakeholders on crucial issues with structured insights.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is RM88,800.00- RM133,100.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
