Lead Platform Engineer

This also includes modernizing infrastructure deliveries end to end via automation and implementing IaC in restricted OT space. In this role, you'll interface with colleagues across teams and borders and, with your knowledge and insights, you’ll be an inspiration for providing a stable and secure infrastructure platform to business.

You’ll be part of OT Compute Product Suite where you, together with your colleagues, will actively working on developing and modernizing infrastructure platform solution and scaling it seamlessly to support global footprint while maintaining regulatory and compliance requirement.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions, primarily leveraging Windows Server technologies
  • implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and consistency
  • convert business requirements into architecturally sound, scalable, and operationally ready infrastructure designs aligned with enterprise standards
  • work closely with infrastructure, security, network, and application teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated, end-to-end solutions
  • own operations and maintenance of infrastructure platforms, including monitoring, performance optimization, patching, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement

 

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions primarily windows server-based features
  • have hands-on experience in infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and CI/CD platforms
  • have ability to translate business requirements into scalable and operationally ready technical solutions. You are also having strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience delivering end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, security, network, and application teams
  • have hands-on experience in infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives, platform consolidation, and container/Kubernetes adoption
  • have good exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments and critical infrastructure requirements with proactive approach
  • are experienced in technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoC), and technical assessments for enterprise platforms and solutions
