Payment Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible of ensuring payment around the world are processed on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders.

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the payment and other payment related support services on a global scale. You’ll join the Payment team within Financial Services.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • monitoring and executing automated payment routines to ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • resolving issues associated with cash posting by liaising with internal teams and external parties
  • managing banking relationships for designated countries or customer segments, in close coordination with the Treasury team
  • maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to support payment processing activities and compliance requirements
  • building expertise in end-to-end payment technologies and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities
  • supporting internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and insights into payment operations.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance or are a certified member of a recognized accounting professional body
  • demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contribute positively to shared goals
  • apply analytical thinking and logical reasoning to effectively resolve issues and improve processes
  • communicate clearly and confidently across various stakeholders
  • show a strong willingness to learn and grow within the accounts payable function.
