Rewards Partner, APAC

You’ll be part of Rewards function in the Global Employment team where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with both HR business partners, global & other regional/local Rewards colleagues, global mobility colleagues, and HR legal colleagues around the world, as well as people leaders from the business, and colleagues from other shared Group functions. You’ll play an important role in:

  • conducting, assessing, and proposing solutions for rewards and benefits across the APAC region to ensure consistency and align with company’s rewards strategies
  • determining our rewards and benefits benchmarks within the APAC region and ensure HR practices are within the global governance framework and increasing knowledge of them across business leaders
  • supporting the design, review, and execution of overall rewards programs for APAC region to ensure local business needs are met
  • acting as ‘subject matter expert’ to HR legal colleagues, HR business partners, people leaders, Talent Acquisition and employees seeking support within rewards and benefits services across the APAC region, and aligning HR processes with Global CoE teams
  • keeping policies and concepts up-to-date with business needs, and identifying continued improvement opportunities that ensure a smooth link to other people processes
  • taking responsibility for driving or participating in local or international People & Culture projects related to people infrastructure matters such as pay transparency and equal & fair pay agenda.

 

To succeed in the role, you: 

  • have proven experience in APAC total rewards, within an international and culturally diverse environment, with experience using external market data from various providers
  • can demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities and a passion for tackling a variety of tasks, from deep-dive analysis to comprehensive consulting projects
  • can deliver results with excellent process management, advanced planning and organizing skills, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to challenging requests from leadership and HR colleagues.
  • can communicate positively and convincingly at all organisational levels, preparing and presenting solutions that inspire confidence and drive change
  • are fluent in English, demonstrate integrity and confidentiality, and possess additional language skillset such as Chinese to support Taiwan market, and skilled in advanced Excel, presentations, while knowledge in using SAP HR, and SuccessFactors will be added advantage.
