Safety Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll enhance our HSE-related training, drive and implement Ørsted Life-Saving Rules, and facilitate QHSE walks. Your role will be providing essential guidance to internal stakeholders. You'll also contribute to developing and implementing our standards, reinforcing our commitment to safety and compliance.

You’ll be part of the Safety, Environment, and Compliance team where you, together with your colleagues, will be providing QHSE support to teams across the globe, helping them operate safely and consistently. You’ll play an important role in:

  • safety training subject matter expertise
  • providing guidance to internal stakeholders on safety standards and requirements.
  • optimizing, creating, and implementing QHSE processes
  • leading global QHSE initiatives and supporting stakeholders with their QHSE capabilities.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive experience in the QHSE field
  • have strong stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders at various organisational levels
  • have a QHSE degree or similar recognised qualification, along with an ISO auditor qualification
  • are a self-starter and exhibit proactive performance.
  • have good knowledge of or feel comfortable with gaining knowledge of HSE legislation in various regions.
