Senior Financial Consultant within Finance Master Data

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the finance master data creation and maintenance on a global scale while ensuring the quality set of finance master data in our system.

 

Welcome to Ørsted Business Services APAC
You’ll be part of Financial Accounting and Controlling (FAC) where you, together with your colleagues, will support the finance master data services on a global scale. You’ll join the R2R Operations team within FAC which consists of eight people including you. As a team, we work and govern the Master Data Life Cycle in a simple, standardized, scalable way with the focus to reduce cost and manage risk, while we enable business insights and ensure a trustworthy critical base for creditable transactions.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring timeliness and quality of finance master data deliverables
  • supporting the creation and maintenance of master data (WBS, profit/cost center, projects) 
  • driving the successful execution of key initiatives within the finance master data domain
  • mapping the current Master Data structure and Implementing Master Data Governance process 
  • identifying and resolve data-related issues across the organization

working collaboratively with stakeholders to optimize business processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency

  • supporting your team members in their daily execution and monitoring service delivery within service level agreements. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • possess in-depth knowledge on SAP master data processing, especially within cost center, profit center and WBS requirements
  • have experience working in a global shared service centre
  • have great English language skills
  • have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar
  • have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving
  • posses strong attention to detail and solid experience in data management principles
