Senior Financial Consultant

You’ll be part of R2R Maturations team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for driving the implementation of global streamlined processes within our Record to Report (R2R) area. The R2R covers Month End Close, Finance Master Data, , Fixed Assets, IFRS 16 Leasing, Financial Accounting Robot. You’ll work in an ambitious and bright team in a service department. The team operates from two locations, Warsaw and Kuala Lumpur. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance Business Partner, Cost Reporting and Controlling Team and general requestors. You’ll play an important role in:

    •  performing period-end close activities such as leasing journal entries, fixed assets and leasing reconciliations, along with variance explanations
    • maintaining fixed asset accounting which includes capitalization, asset master data governance, WBS/additions/disposals/transfers, depreciation checks, and project to asset processes
    • performing and supporting SAP–BPC month-end data uploads, ensuring smooth end-user reporting along with high data quality reporting
    • monitoring and resolving SAP BPC data load errors, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
    • building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, transformations, and automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
    • owning fixed asset and IFRS 16 financial processes, including lease identification support, data quality checks, modifications, and accurate postings.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

    • have strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and period-end close processes, or equivalent experience
    • possess experience with SAP BPC, SAP SAC, or equivalent reporting systems
    • have high proficiency in fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, asset master data, and depreciation governance
    • demonstrate an analytical, proactive approach to driving improvements and automation
    • can communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and balance stakeholder needs with structured problem solving
    • are comfortable supporting audit processes, ensuring strong documentation, and guiding stakeholders.
