Welcome to Process Automation Platform IPL

 

You’ll be part of our in-house ServiceNow team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring both the stable operations and continuous development of the platform to enable the full potential of ServiceNow. You’ll act as a developer, sparring and dialoguing with end-users and architects. You’ll also design best practice solutions, create requirement specification, shape and optimise our daily operations through ServiceNow, all of which you’ll do within an agile team in Ørsted IT.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

    • operating and developing in the ServiceNow platform, developing new features and solving production tickets, while engaging in dialogue with the business to understand objectives, discuss technical possibilities, and solution design whilst ensuring requirements specification
    • participating in designing automated workflows using REST API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor, in line with established standards
    • participating in the implementation of enabling solutions, incl. but not limited to process automation workflows, integrations with related components, e.g., Azure, SAP, CMDB, LDAP, web services
    • working with the product owner, scrum master, and other cross-functional stakeholders to guide and co-define development tasks, while supporting and sharing knowledge with the ServiceNow colleagues.
    • architecting designing ITSM solutions, managing ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines, while ensuring/advice/promotes ITIL practices and ITSM methodology are followed with ServiceNow best practices.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

    • have experience with developing and updating ITSM modules incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Knowledge, Reports & Dashboards, Security Operations, CSDM and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API & SOAP etc
    • have knowledge of JavaScript, XML and structural programming concepts as well as Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS, as well as prior exposure to Enterprise Applications like SAP, Azure Active Directory etc. 
    • have experience leveraging MID servers for integration and automation with strong problem-solving skills, and with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues, while working in a fast-paced global environment, leveraging IT Service Management best practice, and operating the ServiceNow platform as a shared service on behalf of the organization
    • are a proactive team player with a customer and results-oriented mindset and can-do attitude, while designing and implementing complex workflows using Flow Designer& Workflow editor and are fluent in both written and oral English.
