Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll play a key role in a team that maintains stability of operations and develops truly global solutions for the ServiceNow platform. We need you in IT to help us develop and deliver sustainable world-class IT solutions. You’ll act as a developer and be dialoguing with end-users and architects. You’ll also design best practice solutions, create requirement specification, shape, and optimise our daily operations through ServiceNow, all within your agile team in IT.

You’ll be part of the in-house ServiceNow team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring both the stable operations and continuous development of the platform to enable the full potential of ServiceNow. As a team, we are a positive, innovative, and supportive group, who work together and help everybody to be successful in our organisation.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring day-to-day support and administration, operation, and development of the ServiceNow platform
  • participating in designing automated workflows using REST API, Flow Designer and Workflow Editor in line with established standards to improve both IT & business processes across on the ServiceNow
  • engaging in dialogue with the business to understand objectives, discussing technical possibilities, and solution design whilst ensuring requirements specification
  • working with the product owner, scrum master, process specialists and other cross-functional stakeholders to guide and co-create development tasks, while supporting and sharing knowledge with the ServiceNow teams and users
  • supporting our HR and Business Service organisation in digitalisation processes.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a Service-Now Certified System Administrator as well as a Service-Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM & Discovery, with being a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer as an advantage
  • preferably have experience in either ‘HRSM’, ‘IRM’, ‘ITOM’ or ‘ITAM’ modules in ServiceNow, to support various interesting projects
  • are experienced in developing and updating ITSM modules incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Knowledge, Reports & Dashboards, Security Operations, and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API & SOAP etc.
  • are a team player with a customer and results-oriented mindset as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • can leverage IT service management best practices and operate the ServiceNow platform as a shared service on behalf of the organisation
  • are fluent in both written and oral English.
