Senior SharePoint Engineer

You’ll be part of the DECA team where you, together with your colleagues, will work with digital collaboration and productivity tools, focusing on how to generate more value from our collaboration solutions by continuously developing and adopting best practices.  

As a team, we cooperate daily in a diverse, ambitious, and driven global set-up of over 50 colleagues with various IT stakeholders to work on our toolset, identify business needs, and, promote efficiency.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive testing.
  • supporting the development of new applications and participating in operations and maintenance tasks such as lifecycle management, software upgrades, and deployment
  • conducting regression tests to confirm that new changes don’t disrupt existing functionalities and engaging in both manual and automated testing to guarantee software quality for bug detection
  • providing level 2 (L2) support by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • participating in the continuous improvement of our development processes
  • designing and implementing infrastructure solutions to support our growing global business, including liaising with our architects, and key stakeholders to design and implement new projects.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have proven experience with software service (SaaS) platforms like SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • are familiar with Azure Services such as Key Vault, Automation Accounts, Logic App, Function App, and Entra ID
  • have basic experience with automated test execution but with strong skills in PowerShell, including PnP PowerShell
  • have proficiency in REST APIs, particularly Microsoft Graph
  • have knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates and Terraform
  • understand agile development methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.
