Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving Microsoft 365 operations within our Digital Workplace. You’ll become part of the Collaboration Productivity Operation (CPO) team, supporting workplace, communication, and collaboration technologies used across Ørsted.

 

Welcome to Digital Workplace

You’ll be part of the Collaboration Productivity Operation team where you, together with your colleagues in Denmark and Malaysia, will support and optimise Microsoft 365 services. We collaborate closely across locations, share knowledge, and continuously improve how we deliver support and value to the business.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building strong collaboration with Level 2 support teams across regions
  • providing third-level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Copilot, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Office apps across Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms
  • testing solutions in operational scenarios and recommending improvements to configurations such as group policies and registry settings
  • managing and maintaining overview of the operations queue, acting as a technical contact for office applications.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Having Microsoft-related certifications will be an added advantage
  • have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications both for PCs, Macs and mobile devices across multiple platforms
  • have strong knowledge of configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications
  • approach tasks analytically and work in a structured and proactive way
  • communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different locations
  • are required a rotating shift schedule to facilitate support hours.
