Business Performance Specialist

Imagine a future where you play a central role in building the performance management backbone of Ørsted’s Generation portfolio - turning complex data into clear leadership decisions and helping embed a new generation-wide performance framework from design through to business-as-usual.

Join us in this role where you’ll provide the analytical and execution backbone of the Performance Management & Excellence team - owning high-impact performance processes, orchestrating senior management reporting, and actively contributing to a generation-wide performance management transformation.

Welcome to Performance Management & Excellence

You’ll be part of the Performance Management & Excellence team, where you, together with your colleagues, will support Generation’s offshore wind Performance Units by driving benchmarking, portfolio transparency, and high‑quality, decision-ready performance reporting. The team enables leadership decision‑making through robust data, structured governance, and continuous improvement across regions.

As a team, we collaborate closely across functions and geographies, value analytical rigour, and take pride in delivering reliable, insight‑led outputs that create real business impact.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • executing the annual external O&M benchmarking process end-to-end - including data collection, quality assurance, and submission - and translating findings into prioritised improvement areas with clear senior management ownership
  • owning and developing the Generation improvement project pipeline tool “PPM”, supporting portfolio transparency, governance, and consistent use across programmes and regions
  • executing partner sentiment surveys and transforming results into clear insights and follow‑up actions for leadership stakeholders
  • coordinating annual processes such as asset factbook updates and insurance-renewal deliverables in collaboration with regional teams
  • contributing to the Generation Performance Management Program by supporting framework design, pilot execution, and transition into business‑as‑usual
  • orchestrating senior management performance reporting processes such as the monthly business review meeting, ensuring joined‑up narratives, consistent quality, and timely delivery.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with complex datasets to generate structured, insight‑led outputs
  • bring experience with performance management, benchmarking, or similar analytical frameworks, or equivalent experience
  • take ownership of end‑to‑end processes and are comfortable coordinating recurring activities across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • communicate clearly and confidently, translating data and analysis into crisp messages for senior audiences
  • demonstrate a high level of rigour, reliability, and follow‑through in execution
  • have experience working with portfolio management tools, or similar digital governance environments - or are eager to develop this capability
  • collaborate effectively across functions, building trust and constructive working relationships.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
