Financial Controlling Manager

You’ll be part of Financial Controlling where you, together with your colleagues, will safeguard compliance and deliver high‑quality, timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders across our UK and Ireland entities. The team spans our London and Warsaw offices and works closely with our service‑delivery functions, accounting teams, and Finance Business Partners to ensure consistent, reliable outcomes.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building a motivating and empowering workplace that supports daily decision‑making, constructive challenge, and continuous development
  • leading entity‑level financial controlling for all UK and Ireland entities
  • ensuring compliant, high‑quality, and timely Group Reporting, Local Financial Statements, and Joint Venture reporting
  • securing strong collaboration with our service‑delivery function, accounting teams, and Finance Business Partners
  • driving efficient, compliant processes across financial reporting compliance, complex accounting topics, financial controlling, and audit
  • strengthening ways of working to enhance quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have management experience, preferably leading a finance team in a large international company
  • bring hands‑on experience with complex accounting topics under IFRS and UK GAAP
  • excel at stakeholder management and translate mid‑/long‑term needs into tangible actions and results
  • have a proven track record of delivering a broad range of financial outputs under strict deadlines
  • have experience from a public accounting firm combined with an accounting role in an international environment
  • communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, at an academic level.
