Lead Commercial Manager

Imagine a future where your commercial decisions directly shape our EBITDA through high‑impact partnerships and negotiations in offshore wind.

Join us in this role where you’ll represent Offshore across strategic partnerships in new and existing markets, from early engagement to agreed structures. You’ll lead negotiations of operating and maintenance agreements with investors and partners, taking commercial decisions that have a direct and visible impact on project value and long‑term performance.

Welcome to Generation Commercial

You’ll be part of JV Structuring & OMA Negotiation, where you together with your colleagues will provide commercial and operational input into joint venture negotiations, ensure partnership structures align with Offshore strategy, and develop commercial O&M offerings for external partners across markets.
As a team, we succeed as one by supporting each other, sharing knowledge, and delivering high‑quality commercial solutions, while caring for the development and well‑being of every team member.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading JV structuring and O&M opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • leading external OMA negotiations with investors and partners.
  • representing Offshore in strategic partnership discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • developing new commercial offerings and pricing models for O&M services.
  • defining and agreeing commercial, risk, and cost elements of external OPEX.
  • driving continuous improvement of commercial processes and innovative solutions.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the confidence to take decisions.
  • bring solid experience with external negotiations, contracts, or commercial agreements.
  • are comfortable navigating technical input and translating it into commercial outcomes.
  • communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • hold a master’s degree in business, economics, law, or similar, or equivalent experience.
  • work in a structured, results‑oriented way in complex, high‑exposure environments.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
