Lead Inclusion and Development consultant

Imagine a future where you’re playing a key role in the development of the global talent agenda in Ørsted by driving development projects and initiatives

Join us in this role where you’ll lead projects and initiatives in Global Talent from design and planning to implementation and tracking. You’ll also leverage your expertise within equity, diversity, and inclusion to embed EDI into all areas of the talent value chain across global, regional and local contexts.

Welcome to People & Culture
You’ll be part of the Global Talent Product Development team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate in a cross-functional, global team consisting of experts in talent management, leadership, learning and equity, diversity and inclusion to deliver impactful talent solutions that support our business' strategy. As a team, we’re located across multiple locations globally. We aim for a culture of continuous learning in a collaborative, caring, and inclusive working environment.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • acting as a global expert in equity, diversity, and inclusion, driving progress, and contributing to other areas as needed, with a strong understanding of regional differences, particularly across the European landscape

  • delivering on prioritised projects and initiatives from design and planning to implementation and tracking, ensuring delivery on schedule with quality and within budget

  • using data and insights to solve challenges effectively and helping define and track impact measures to ensure our organisation can understand the impact

  • engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensuring ongoing connection into the business to ensure maximum relevance and impact of the work

  • translating EDI and talent strategies into tangible, scalable solutions that can be adapted across global, regional and local contexts

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion with a solid understanding of the European landscape, including cultural differences, varying levels of EDI maturity and practices, and potentially insights into relevant regulatory frameworks

  • wish to develop a broad understanding of the culture and talent agenda

  • have very strong project management skills so you can lead complex projects effectively

  • have solid data and analytics skills to help us measure and track outcomes of our work

  • have a global mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, gained from working in large global organisations, with the ability to build effective working relationships and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders across the company

  • are comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, and enjoy building, shaping and driving solutions from early concept to implementation and tracking

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
