Join us in this role where you’ll support high-value strategic transactions across our US renewable portfolio, focusing on tax credit financing and financial modeling that enables critical investment decisions. 

Welcome to Strategic Transactions and Negotiations 
You’ll be part of the Strategic Transactions and Negotiations team where, together with your colleagues, you’ll deliver complex negotiations and transaction processes across the North East Program portfolio. You’ll work closely with finance, commercial, development, and external partners to support high-impact investment decisions. As a team, we collaborate closely, share knowledge openly, and support each other to deliver strong, reliable outcomes across complex projects. 

 

You’ll play an important role in: 

  • leading financial analysis to support tax credit financing processes. 

  • building and maintaining financial models to support valuation tracking and decision-making. 

  • supporting negotiations with tax equity partners through data-driven insights and analysis. 

  • coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking. 

  • contributing to investment decision materials for internal committees and stakeholders. 

  • supporting due diligence and transaction processes across tax equity, M&A, and divestments. 

 

To succeed in the role, you: 

  • have a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience. 

  • bring experience with financial modeling and strong analytical capabilities. 

  • are confident using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to present complex information clearly. 

  • communicate financial concepts in a structured, easy-to-understand way. 

  • have an interest in renewable energy markets, project finance, and transaction structures. 

  • are organized, proactive, and focused on delivering results collaboratively.

Position salary range: 

The salary range for this position is USD $89,000.00 to USD $100,000.00.

Our salary ranges are based on position level and reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S geographic markets. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can provide more details about the applicable salary range during the hiring process.

 

Variable Compensation:  Our total rewards package may include discretionary short-term and long-term incentive opportunities based on your pay band and performance. These may be changed or suspended based on the sole discretion of the company
