OT Network Security Engineer
Join us in this role where you’ll work closely with the IT Product Owner and business to understand and document the technical requirements that drive the analysis, design and operations of our technical solutions. You will help to maintain and support our existing network security infrastructure, manage and operate Palo Alto (FW--FireWall) and Cisco devices, as well as manage platforms like Panorama and Cisco CSM. Lastly, you will be responsible for Installation & delivery of network security infrastructure components on our North American production facilities.

You’ll play an important role in:
- managing and implementing continuous improvement of the services provided according to evolving business needs and global harmonization efforts.
- being a key interface between our network security infrastructure team and security architects, enterprise architects and key stakeholders to design, create and implement new projects.
- being responsible for network security related activities such as lifecycle management, software upgrades, and deployment.
- Supporting the need for specialized knowledge during operations (e.g. incidents with significant business impact, change impact assessment, including participation in on-call team if required)
- maintaining and supporting our existing production network security infrastructure on our production and Generator Control Centre (GCC) sites, up to NERC CIP High level.
- establishing new production sites with respect to connections. This includes connectivity to critical assets like ONshore+OFFshore windfarms, solar-farms and Generating Centers Center connectivity.
- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience as an IT OT network engineer in the renewables industry, or equivalent, working in complex organizations with local and global interfaces.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Have working experience with networking/firewalls (Cisco Palo Alto + Panorama/CSM) and certifications (Cisco CCNA, CCNP or equivalent) and preferably with SD-WAN
- Are ITIL V-3 Foundation and SAFE for Team Certified and prepared to pass a NERC CIP background check
- are good at planning and organising your own work in an open and constructive environment, where we encourage everyone to contribute and speak up.
