Service Warranty Agreement Supervisor (m/f/d)

Join us in this role where you’ll be the first point of contact for the service provider for the entire duration of the 5-years-service contract. A close monitoring and permanent evaluation of their performance as well a fast communication line towards several internal stakeholders from various disciplines will be your core tasks.

You’ll be part of Germany hub where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with local management to support and monitor the safe and profitable execution of the maintenance contract for a total of 106 x 11 MW turbines in the German North Sea. You’ll play an important role in:

  • being a central contact person at the operating site for the service provider during the 5-years Warranty Period
  • ensuring that turbine supplier follows HSE Standards along with checking & approving the availability data transmitted by the contractor
  • monitoring and evaluating the contractually agreed (Service Warranty Agreement) performance using key figures
  • being the bridge between the supplier and various internal stakeholders/departments
  • finding solutions and mediating operational and contractual challenges
  • ensuring compliance with all contractually agreed frameworks and continuously transfer knowledge and collaboration to set up our own service teams until the end of the SWA.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have proven several years of experience in contract and supplier management
  • have good technical understanding, experience in the service and/or troubleshooting of wind turbines
  • possess very good communication skills and team spirit
  • are fluent in written and spoken German and English skills
  • are willing to work approximately 3 to 4 rotations per year offshore on the Service Operation Vessel (SOV).
